How do I edit a condition?


Conditions cannot be edited. To make changes, delete the existing condition by tapping the (X) button to the right of the condition. Then tap (+) Add a diagnosis to create a new condition with the desired changes.


How do I edit a medication?


Medications cannot be edited. To make changes, delete the existing medication by tapping the (X) button to the right of the medication. Then tap (+) Add a prescription to create a new medication with the desired changes.


What medication frequencies are supported?


Asha Care supports daily medications, up to four times per day, weekly medications on specific days of the week, up to four times per day, and medications taken as needed. 


Daily and weekly medications will trigger push notifications for managed users, but medications taken as needed will not. In addition, medications can be configured with reminders that will continue to remind managed users until the medication has been acknowledged as taken.

I'm a managed user. How do I acknowledge medications that I've taken?


One the home screen of the Asha Care mobile app, tap on a medication reminder and confirm that you have taken the required medication. Confirming a medication will notify your caregiver and stop further reminders
