Can I use Asha Care on my iPad?
Yes, the Asha Care app supports iPad, but note that it is in no way optimized for an iPad experience, including layout and font sizes.
How do I increase the font size?
The Asha Care app supports iOS accessibility settings, allowing you to modify font sizes in the app. On your iOS device, go to Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text Size, Larger Text. Turn on Larger Accessibility Sizes and use the slider at the bottom of the screen to adjust relative font size. Note that this setting affects all apps that support adaptive text size.
How do I update my profile photo?
The Asha Care app does not currently support profile photos, but it does support a limited number of avatars that you can choose from under Settings, Profile. Tap Edit and then the green circle with your initials. Choose an avatar, then tap Done and Save.
How do I update the profile of a managed user?
Profile updates are only supported for the logged in user.
